We are currently accepting member application for full time sworn law enforcement officers. To download an application click on both page 1 and 2 . Page 1, Page 2 . After you complete the application hand it to any Lodge 74 Member or mail to 1801 South College St Covington TN. 38019

Please remember that your $35.00 local dues will not pay for the legal aid plan. You must contact the State FOP office at 901-840-2683 to sign up for this protection at $48.00 a year.
